Which estate agents are owned by which lending institutions, and why? Does anyone know? Why aren’t we being told automatically?
Being owned by a lending institution must colour their house valuation techniques – since the higher the figure agreed, the more they might have to lend?

Why are estate agents trying to kick-start the 2009 housing market using last year’s house prices, when in fact the market has taken a big fall?
Can someone please explain?
As far as I can see the market is totally stalled because of this.
Hardly anyone can move as a result.
