At Property Match no-one needs to register to view property details and we don't collect enquiries, selling them on to estate agents (even though some of our competitors do).

The three main ways we'll help you to market a house are:

1. 1.We'll place your advert within the 1st three pages of Google and other natural listings, using a key location phrase for your advert.
   

2. 2.In addition, if required, we can arrange a definite page ONE listing using Google PPC (pay per click), for your individual property advert, bringing it to a guaranteed page 1 listing on Google. This would usually happen within a week of requesting us for the PPC.  We'll run your Google PPC campaign for you, so you don't have to worry about keeping it active throughout your campaign.
   

3. 3.Whilst all this is happening, your individual property advert will, of course, be prominently shown on the Property Match (UK) web site throughout your advertising campaign.

Anyone wishing to view a property must first register to identify themselves, both to us and to you.

This is an important aspect of online security.  Our security systems are exclusively designed by us.  Our systems help to ID people positively, before anyone can arrange to view your property.

Our security measures are not for any other purpose and, as prescribed under The Data Protection Act, the information prospective viewers supply is not sold on, or used in any other inappropriate way.

Once registered, those wanting to respond to your advertisement can obtain the phone number you specified when you set up your advert.  They can simply contact you to make a convenient appointment for an initial viewing.  However you will normally know just who should be calling you, beforehand.

We have found from experience, that this is the best and safest way to handle all initial viewing enquiries.

Naturally, free sites cannot offer such a level of service.
