This is where you can advertise for a property to buy or to rent.

The advantage of doing this is, you'll double the chance of finding the best available house for your current purposes.

How does this work?

It is now accepted that most people looking, whether buying or renting as well as those about to advertise a house (vendors and landlords) tend to look online first.

Buyers can, if they wish, specify that no agents should contact them, if they only want sellers or landlords to phone.

This important facility can save both buyers and sellers a great deal of wasted effort, by quickly bringing them together online, increasing the chances of them successfully locating each other.

Estate agents themselves don't do this, primarily because they actually only act for vendors (not buyers) but also because there would not be much in it for them.
