Please note:

Our security vetting of those wishing to place online property advertisements means we need to have received payment on cheque(s) prior to the property advert going live, so there will be a slight delay.

Our charges are ONE OFF with no follow-up or hidden amounts payable.

They cover your advertising campaign until the property is sold or let.

No VAT is payable on our advertising charges.

Notes:
Both Email Notification and Property Search are, of course, free at all times to everybody and we do not charge an additional amount for arranging property viewings.

How to advertise:

• Just follow the easy steps in our on-line form and you will be advertising and can pay the correct amount too, it's that simple.

• If you want to have a virtual tour, professional photography, floor plans or you want direct input in the extra cost per click advertising we are able to arrange, just talk to us about that once you have placed your main advert.

•'For Sale' and 'To Let' boards are also separately available. (opens in a separate tab)

Renewal of adverts:

•Advertisements are taken on an 'until sold or let' basis.
•In order to retain your advertisement on our systems continuously, all you do is send the unique renewal email we send you, back to us again every 60 to 65 days. This confirms to us that the advert is still current.
•If you do not renew your advertisement periodically, it will be removed shortly after each 65 day period.
•We would of course appreciate knowing sooner, once the property is sold or let.

Property Match (UK) reserves the right to refuse advertising material at its absolute discretion.

This is for setting-up your Google PPC. £50 of this money will go on the PPC spend.
