Credit card payment online:
Following placing your advert and previewing it, simply pay online through our secure payment hosted by WorldPay, and your advert will go online right away.
OR:
Cheque by post:
Simply place your advert and post your cheque(s) to us.
Please include a filled out pay by post form. (opens in a separate tab)
Please note:
For security vetting of those placing property advertisements, we present your cheque(s) prior to the property advert going live.
If you want deferred payment instead you are welcome to email us for permission.
Our charges are ONE OFF with no follow-up or hidden amounts payable.
They cover your advertising campaign until the property is sold or let.
No VAT is payable on our advertising charges because we are not registered - as yet.
Notes:
Both Email Notification and Property Search are, of course, free at all times to everybody.
We do not charge an additional amount for arranging property viewings on this web site.
How to advertise:
• Just follow the easy steps in our on-line form and you will be advertising and can pay the correct amount too.
• If you want to have a virtual tour, professional photography, floor plans or you want direct input in the cost per click advertising we are able to arrange, just talk to us about that once you have placed your main advert (phone or email).

Renewal of adverts:

•Advertisements are taken on an 'until sold or let' basis.

•In order to retain your advertisement on our systems continuously, you need to send the unique renewal email we provide, back to us again every 60 to 65 days. This confirms to us that the advert is still current.

•If you do not renew your advertisement periodically, it will be taken offline shortly after the relevant 65 day period. We will endeavour to contact you before deleting it permanently from our systems.

•When your property is sold or let, we would of course appreciate knowing as soon as possible.
